What's in it for me as a Licensee of Identity and Destiny?

As we created the Identity and Destiny program, it was clear that the on-going development and delivery of our programs were going to go far beyond its founders - Tom and Pam Wolf.

Our God-given purpose includes this Long-term vision:

To develop a world-wide organization of coaches, counselors, care ministers and consultants that will partner with us to build, deliver and unleash the power of purpose though the Identity and Destiny programs.

What are the Licensing Programs and Requirements

Program options will be tailored to meet the specific needs and vision you have for your practice. We will also customize the training and support based on your background, experience and desired use of the programs.

Licensees are those who are certified to teach, train and coach the Identity and Destiny programs. They will be required to apply, be accepted and go through the required training programs associated with the product(s) they plan to use with their clients. There will be a one-time fee for initial certification in each of the Identity and Destiny programs. This is required of all licensees.

Additional training and resources will be made available to all licensees in good standing. Good standing is based on payment of a quarterly license fee that begins first quarter after year 1 as a licensee. The on-going quarterly fee entitles licensees to continued use of all Identity and Destiny programs, all materials and access to applicable product improvements and enhancements. They will also be entitled to all necessary assistance, support and training to be successful with the use of the Identity and Destiny programs and products in which they are certified.

There will be 2 levels of Licensees.

Level 1 Licensees are those that want to use the program(s) as part of their own coaching /counseling business or practice - but are not interested in an on-going relationship with Identity and Destiny. They do not want - or believe they will need - further training or access to new information and program enhancements,. Level 1 Licensees will not be required to pay the on-going quarterly feel.

The goal will be to create the kind of value will encourage and sustain the relationship as a Level 2 Licensee Partner.

Level 2 Licensee Partners are those who want to take advantage of all the training, support, information and continuing program development of Identity and Destiny.

These Partners will be allowed

  • special privileges in terms of advertising and links on our web site
  • referral of clients from the advertising done by the parent company (web and media)
  • access to all marketing and sales materials developed - all of which will be market tested and proven to produce results for this business model
  • ability to offer their own books and materials (subject to parent approval) for sale in the Identity and Destiny web site store
  • participation in referral fees and commission arrangements relating to referrals and new business
  • involvement in new program development
  • compensation for coaching participation in larger group seminars and teleconferences hosted by the parent
