"The Identity and Destiny Inner Circle" mentoring program, a $2,400 annual value, at no additional cost. Not only will you participate but you will have the opportunity to lead accountability calls and coach participants in order to hone your coaching skills and program expertise.
you will start working with clients!!! And, we don’t just hand you the program and hope you can figure it out on your own.
The Identity and Destiny Trained Facilitators program begins with a year-long mentoring and mastermind program but, it doesn’t end there. We invite – and encourage - year-after-year participation in The Identity and Destiny Inner Circle and all learning opportunities presented to Identity and Destiny Trained Facilitators. You will also be invited to attend the Identity and Destiny Trained Facilitators Summit held in Tampa Florida each year. This summit will include new program announcements, advance level training and outside expert presenters for continuous learning and development. At the Summit, you will also have the opportunity to present your programs and expertise for the benefit of others. And, there will be valuable networking opportunities to help you discover potential Joint Venture and collaborative working relationships with other Identity and Destiny Trained Facilitators.

God has made it clear that the Identity and Destiny Trained Facilitator Program was created for exactly that purpose!
Initial training...
Initial training program includes –
1 – one on one briefing after admission into the program
9 – 90 minute teleconference call training sessions lead by Tom Wolf and limited to 10 participants. (Class size is limited to keep training highly personal and responsive to your needs.)
Tom and Pam will be available one-on-one, by appointment, during those first 10 weeks on an as needed basis – at no additional cost. Our goal is to get you started strong, confident and ready for great success...ready to begin transforming lives – 1 Purpose at a time!
And there is more... During the remainder of the first twelve months, we’ll meet, by phone once a month for on-going program training and practice building tips. We will also be available through our "coaching gym" where you can schedule one-on-one 20 minutes laser coaching sessions with us – designed so we can be available on a regular basis to help you in your highest area of need. In addition, there will be special classes, training and new tools being distributed via email, the Trained Facilitators Private Web site and extra bonus classes and calls.
And one more BIG bonus... For every Training class, we will set up a web-based system which will allow each of the participants in your class to connect, get to know one another and offer support throughout your training. You will share profiles, have the chance to post questions and share tips and advice as you progress through training and use of the Identity and Destiny system. We will be part of the conversation by joining in with our live posts and comments as well.
With this level of support, you will take a quantum leap towrd bigger success.
Not nearly as much as you might expect!
We are keeping the cost-for participation low to allow as many qualified applicants as possible to join us as Identity and Destiny Trained Facilitators.
$25one-time application fee - due upon submission of your application
$475initial training fee - due prior to the beginning of your first training class
$175annual renewal fee – $43.75 payable quarterly beginning one year from the date of your entry into the Identity and Destiny Trained Facilitators program.
There are a limited number of spots for each class, and only highly qualified professionals will be selected. That doesn’t mean you need an impressive resume or vast experience in coaching (Tom started in an accounting firm and Pam began in a family pest control business). Unconventional is OK - but you do need to be a Christian with a passion for helping others find, know and live their God-given purpose. You need to be a high-integrity, big thinker who wants to serve others.

Once your application has been accepted, you will then schedule a one-on-one phone interview with Tom Wolf.
Step 3:
After our interview, if we feel that we can set you up for success as an Identity and Destiny Trained Facilitator, you will officially be accepted into the program and your spot secured.
